It’s our client’s great sales and consulting teams that make it possible to be a leader in their industry. This team is in need of a first class Inside Sales Representative.
Primary Responsibilities of this role are as follows:
· Responsible for contacting potential clients and uncovering needs, creating interest
· Provide support to our outside sales team
· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
· Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through entire project experience
· Provide superior communication and customer service.
· Maintain customer relationships to ensure future business.
Necessary Skills:
· 3-5 years of inside and/or outside new business development and sales experience.
· College Degree
· Phone experience- 60-80 calls/day and 20-40 emails/day.
· Solid understanding of technical concepts and web applications.
· Able to articulate and demonstrate technical concepts and ideas using the telephone and web based applications.
· Experience selling to higher levels within an organization: VP, Director, CEO's, etc.
Bonus Points:
· Knowledge of eLearning, learning management systems and online applications.
· Familiarity working with customer management software such as ACT, Siebel, SalesLogix, Salesforce, etc.
· Knowledge of the most common ethics and compliance issues present in the workplace today.
